ATENDIMENTO A PESSOAS COM PROBLEMAS PSIQUIÁTRICOS É TEMA DE REUNIÃO NA CÂMARA DE VEREADORES DE PÁDUA
Um grupo de profissionais da saúde e segurança pública se reuniu com vereadores na última quarta feira, dia 21 de agosto, para encontrar o melhor caminho para o atendimento a pessoas que sofrem de distúrbios psiquiátricos.
Atendendo solicitação do Legislativo Paduano, através de ofício assinado pelo Vereador Pedro Cortês, representantes do Corpo de Bombeiros, Polícia Militar, Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, CAPS – Centro de Atendimento Psicossocial e do Hospital Hélio Montezano; estiveram reunidos na Câmara de Vereadores de Pádua para definir um procedimento padrão nos atendimentos a pessoas com crises psiquiátricas.
É comum, nos casos em que o paciente tem um surto, a família ou algum transeunte, se o surto for na via pública, não saber o que fazer ou a quem recorrer.
Preocupados com essa situação, os vereadores Pedro Cortês, Roberto Jubim, César Muniz, Josias Cosendey e a presidente Vanderléia Marques promoveram este encontro dos profissionais da saúde e segurança pública.
Ficou definido que haverá um curso de capacitação entre os órgãos públicos com o Corpo de Bombeiros, com mais experiência nesse tipo de assunto, para que a partir de então o atendimento seja padronizado.
