DECRETO LEGISLATIVO Nº 003/2021

Luis Carlos da Silva, Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Santo Antônio de Pádua, Estado do Rio de Janeiro, no uso de suas atribuições, etc...

CONSIDERANDO a aprovação da Lei Estadual nº 9.224/21, que implementou feriados nos dias 26 e 31 de março e 1º de abril com a finalidade de conter o avanço da Pandemia no Estado;

CONSIDERANDO que serão antecipados os feriados de Tiradentes (21 de abril) e São Jorge (23 de abril) para os dias 29 e 30 de março, respectivamente;

CONSIDERANDO a necessidade de regulamentar o expediente Legislativo, no período compreendido entre os dias 26 de março e 4 de abril de 2021, em decorrência da Lei Estadual nº 9.224/21 que implementou o feriado prolongado.

CONSIDERANDO que atualmente vereadores e servidores do Poder Legislativo Municipal mantém a condição de portadores da COVID- 19, devendo, para tanto, serem realizadas medidas sanitárias a fim de evitar a contaminação comunitária em ambiente de trabalho.

DECRETA:

Art. 1º - No período compreendido entre os dias 26 de março e 4 de abril de 2021, não haverá, junto ao Poder Legislativo Municipal, atendimento público na modalidade presencial, devendo, os cidadãos, Órgãos e Poderes Constituídos dirigirem-se ao Poder Legislativo através do endereço de e-mail Institucional para fins de protocolo e outras comunicações, sendo o qual : camarapadua@yahoo.com.br .

Art. 2º- Ficam dispensados, no período compreendido no artigo 1º, os serviços presenciais dos funcionários do Poder Legislativo Municipal, permanecendo em regime de sobreaviso, ou de modo “Home Office”, considerando a característica essencial de respectiva função exercida.

Art. 3º- Ficam suspensas às Sessões Plenárias e Reuniões das Comissões Permanentes e Temporárias pelo prazo disposto no artigo 1º.

§ Único- Excetuam-se do disposto no caput do artigo, as Sessões Extraordinárias convocadas Pelo Poder Legislativo ou pelo Prefeito, a fim de deliberar assuntos de relevante Interesse Público, ou que a matéria venha a ser prejudicada em virtude de prazos Legais para deliberação.

Art. 4º- Devido a recente confirmação de casos de contaminação pelo COVID-19 entre vereadores e servidores do Poder Legislativo, a Câmara Municipal realizará a completa sanitização de todo seu prédio, estabelecendo novas medidas temporárias de prevenção ao contágio e de enfrentamento da emergência em saúde pública de importância internacional no âmbito da Câmara Municipal de Santo Antônio de Pádua no exercício de 2021.

Art. 5º- Os casos omissos serão decididos pela Presidência da Casa, podendo vir a serem adotadas outras medidas administrativas necessárias.

Art. 6º- Este Decreto entra em vigor em 26 de Março de 2021, ficando revogadas as disposições em contrário
